Our complete fog light system is a very unique design and has never been done before for the MR2

The fog lamp kit is built with an OEM inspired design with a slightly modified appearance to fit a LED projector. It's been built shorter and lighter compared to the factory fog lamps. The entire fog lamp is built with an all-weather resistant plastic and all fasteners are made of nylon for years of continuous road abuse.

We all have seen broken and cracked factory glass lamps so we needed to build a front face that is very strong and won't crack, dent profusely or look horrible after years of continuous use. That being the case, we made the front face half an inch thick to provide the necessary robust front face you really need from a product like this being very low to the ground getting abused from road debris on a consistent basis. Unlike the factory glass, these will not crack nor break.

Some may ask, why pay $339 for a set of fog lights? Our kits include the best Morimoto XB LED units which alone costs $220. You are getting the best LED light technology currently available in the market.

Fitment and Mounting:

Our fog lamp system will fit any factory bumper. Turbo models with pre cut bumpers will be plug and play. N/A models without the cut outs, will have to cut their bumper.

The fog light housing is mounted the same way the factory fogs mount using the two mounting points on the chassis.

New Stainless Steel Conical Bolts supplied with the kit. No more rusted and seized bolts!

Other aftermarket bumpers like the TOMs will fit too. As long as they have cutouts for OEM fog lights, those bumpers will work on our kit as well.

Focusing and aiming:

The LED units have pan and tilt adjustments. Meaning you can move them up, down, left and right to get the best light focus.

Wiring:

We have provided an almost 99% Plug n' Play solution for you. These can be installed on your MR2 in a matter of minutes and offer you years of sure-fire continuous use.

Most 1991.5 and up models are prewired with a factory fog light wiring harness. Yes, even if your car did not come with fog lights, they are pre-wired from the factory.

For Turbo models that came with fog lights already, it's a plug and play process. Just swap over the fog lights, wire it up and you're good to go.

For those of you that do not have factory fog lights and want some, the process can be very simple, if you're pre-wired of course!

First off check if you're pre-wired for fogs by looking in the front passenger side fuse box. If standing at the tire, the relay will be on the lower right hand corner and the 15A fuse is labeled on the cover also. If you see electrical connections underneath the dash on the steering column side, you're good to go as well. All you need is to make a cut out on your bumper and install our fog light kit.

And lastly, for those who are not so lucky and have an earlier 91 model and are not pre-wired, we do sell complete standalone wiring harness. Which will include, the fuse, relay and aftermarket switch. Email us if we can sell you the harness separately.

LED Fog Lamp Type :

The fog lamp is built around the Morimoto 70mm LED Fog Lamp. This is the heart & soul of our LED Fog Lamp Kit. This LED Fog Lamp offers an extremely robust set of specifications as well as the incredible 10-YR Warranty from a world-renowned manufacture like Morimoto.

Morimoto XB LED projector fog lamps look great, are very well-built, a performance that is bar-none. They have a virtually infinite lifespan and an unbeatable warranty.

Don't be confused by eBay/amazon brands out there that offer a subpar warranty, inferior optics and make false promises. The Morimoto XB LED Fog Lamps are backed only by the best lighting manufacturer in the game and offer the best optics and performance you deserve.

The Morimoto XB LED fog lamps are powered by three Nichia 5500K LED's that produce around 1200 raw lumens per side. The projector based optics concentrate a total of 2400 lumens of pure white light into a beam that's super wide and perfectly distributed for use as a fog light. Make no mistake, these will produce a much different (better) result than slapping some LED replacement bulbs into your stock housings. The XB fogs meet & exceed all SAE, DOT, and ECE regulations.

The Fog Lamps are fully road legal in compliance with US, EU and other counties laws and regulations

Yellow Lamp:

Currently, Morimoto, the manufacture of the LED Fog Lamps themselves has stated they are working on a 3000k diodes for their 70mm fog lamp lineup but no official word has been dropped. Good thing is, if they ever end up offering it, you'll be able to swap lamps in a matter of minutes.

Until then, this option on our website is reserved for a Yellow Lamin-X Film added to your order. The lamp will look Yellow when it's turned off and it will shine some yellow reducing your glare.

Brake Duct Version:

We have created a brake duct option. It is the same size and shape as the fog lamp version but with a 2.5-inch flange on the rear so that the end-user can attach a high-temp brake hose if need be. Using a high-temp brake hose isn't necessary, so feel free to rock them as a duct and/or paint to match them with the color of the vehicle.
