ASA is a plastic that is superior to ABS. It can withstand water, heat, UV-light and cold. It's made for years of continuous use without failure. The depth of a gauge is measured from the base (back or bottom) of the gauge up against the body to the bottom of the gauge bezel. The right gauge pod hides your speed after 140mph. You will have to make a hole for the steering wheel gauge pod to make the wires flow through the bottom.
